What clients do you see?
I provide individual therapy services to young adults and adults living in Florida. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, grief, coping skills, life transitions, peer relationships, relationship issues, school issues, self-esteem, and stress. With specialized training in grief therapy, I also provide dedicated support for those navigating the complex emotions and challenges of loss and bereavement.
What clients do you not see?
I do not provide therapy services to children or couples, nor do I treat eating disorders, psychotic disorders, or personality disorders. Due to state licensing laws, I do not provide therapy services to individuals residing outside of Florida.
What insurance plans do you accept?
I am in-network with Aetna, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, Oscar, Oxford, Quest Behavioral Health, United Healthcare, and United Healthcare Medicare. If your insurance is not listed, I can provide a superbill to assist with reimbursement.
What if I don’t have insurance or don’t want to use my insurance?
I gladly welcome self-pay clients. My rate is $125 per 50-minute session, and payment is due at the time of service.
How long are appointments?
Appointments are 50 minutes long.
Do you offer virtual appointments?
Yes! All sessions are held virtually via a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. I do not currently offer in-person appointments.
How do I request an appointment?
To request an appointment, click here or use the ‘client portal’ tab at the top of the navigation bar. New clients are required to complete a complimentary 15-minute consultation before scheduling their new patient intake appointment.
What is a consultation and why is it required?
A consultation is a brief, 15-minute discussion to explore your concerns, needs, and goals before committing to a full session. This helps us determine if my services are a good fit for you. Consultations are free of charge.
What is your cancelation policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment will not be charged a fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged the full session fee of $125.
What is your no-show policy?
No-shows will be charged the full session fee of $125.
Do you prescribe medication?
No, I do not prescribe medication. Only licensed medical providers are authorized to do so. If you are interested in medication management, please consult with your primary care provider or a psychiatrist.
