Identity Shifts
Periods when you’re questioning who you are or who you’re becoming, often during transitions, stress, or personal growth. Therapy helps you gain clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of self.
Relationship Issues
Challenges with communication, boundaries, conflict, or connection. Whether in dating, friendships, family dynamics, or breakups, therapy can help you understand patterns and strengthen healthier relationships.
School Issues
Stress, anxiety, or emotional strain related to academic pressure, social challenges, or navigating transitions in school or college. Support can help you manage these challenges and improve your well-being.
Self-Esteem
Struggles with self-worth, self-doubt, or harsh inner criticism. I help clients build self-compassion, confidence, and a more supportive relationship with themselves.
